If you are a U.S. citizen who may have undelivered mail from overseas, please fill out this Online Form to facilitate the delivery process of uncollected mail.
For those who have questions about undelivered mail or who need assistance with the registration process, representatives of the Servicios Postales del Ecuador will be available at the Abraham Lincoln Center at Calles Borrero 5-18 and Honorato Vásquez from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:40 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. August 28 and 29.
